A: All live sessions are hosted securely through our integrated virtual portal via Wise.live. Parents receive a dedicated login dashboard upon enrollment to view schedules, track attendance, and launch classes with a single click.

A: We require a 24-hour notice via the student portal to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are logged as completed to secure our instructors' dedicated time.

A: Approval is pending. Our Foundations (K-3) and RX3 Academy (4-12) programs are designed strictly around core academic standards. We provide fully itemized hourly billing receipts detailing the student name, date, time, and core subject to satisfy state compliance audits.

A: We are currently finalizing our direct merchant portal links. Parents can search our official legal business name, Read by Three, LLC, inside their state's approved provider marketplace or submit our itemized hourly invoices for direct reimbursement. 

A: Absolutely. Any primary adult caregiver who guides your child's home literacy learning is welcome. We recommend a limit of no more than two adults on screen per lesson to maintain an intimate learning dynamic.

A: No. By law, state ESA funding is strictly reserved for school-aged children (Kindergarten through Grade 12). The toddler track is a private-pay program processed securely via major credit cards or debit cards through Stripe.
