Our 3 Core Teaching Tracks

Our highly qualified instructors are matched with students based on their specific instructional strengths, academic credentials, and background profiles. Instructors enjoy the flexibility to choose their preferred tracks and age bands:

• Track 1: Early Literacy Masterclass (Parent-Coaching Track): Instructors deliver high-impact, 30-minute virtual parent-coaching sessions. This track focuses on training primary caregivers on early phonics frameworks, verbal benchmarks, and multi-sensory home reading metrics.

• Track 2: Foundations ELA (Grades K–3): Instructors utilize dynamic, state-standards-aligned curriculum models paired with interactive, web-based digital media and remote-control screen tools. These 50-minute sessions are designed to drive core reading engagement and eliminate language barriers for early learners.

• Track 3: RX3 Academy (Grades 4–12): Instructors lead advanced 50-minute academic sessions tailored directly to custom student learning plans. Instruction ranges from foundational homework support and persuasive rhetoric to advanced narrative essay structures, logical fallacy analysis, and standardized academic reading preparation.

Role Requirements & Operational Qualifications

To maintain our doctoral-level quality assurance standards and satisfy strict state school choice compliance regulations, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is strictly required. Degrees in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields are heavily prioritized. Applicants with alternate majors must demonstrate a minimum of 12 completed college credit hours in English or language arts coursework.

• Vetting & Clearances: All instructional candidates must undergo a comprehensive national criminal database, county court, and sex offender registry background check via our accredited screening partner.

• Background Check Fee Policy: In compliance with our multi-state educational fund partnerships, instructors initially cover their third-party screening portal fee. This fee is 100% reimbursed to the contractor upon the completion of their first 40 clocked instructional working hours with our platform.

• Linguistic Mastery: Elite mastery of Standard American English pronunciation, grammar, and sentence structure.

• Tech Infrastructure: A reliable high-speed internet connection, a high-quality external microphone, an HD webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace.

• Software Competency: Absolute comfort managing virtual learning interfaces, specifically screen-sharing parameters, chat link distributions, and remote-control user permissions.

• Professional Presence: Maintaining an excellent, professional personal presence on camera at all times. The video background must be completely clean, well-lit, free of clutter, and distraction-free to project an elite academic environment for families. Administrative staff continuously audit session data to ensure strict quality control.
